It's very easy to find the right wheels for your sled. Most sleds, in fact 90% of all Polaris, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat and Yamaha snowmobiles, will use the 8" x 1" EZ Wheelz.  Only mountain and snow cross sleds for the most part will accommodate the 10" version.  If you are still unsure take a tape measure and take 3 measurements:

  • Upper clearance: Distance from the ski bolt to the lowest part of the suspension.  If you have less than 5.5" you need an 8" wheel.
  • Offset: Distance from your ski face to the edge of your ski.  Most stock skis are around 3/4" so the 1" offset fits perfectly.
  • Lower Clearance: Distance from the ground to the center of the axle bolt.  This will tell you how much the wheels will get your skis off the ground.  With most stock skis this is about 3" so an 8" wheel will give you 1" of ground clearance which is plenty for normal use.
