Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Your return must be in sellable condition and shipped back in its original or similar packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back.

All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Please print and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form (link below) and place it in the box along with your order confirmation or your packing slip. RMA form

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the return will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Once your return has been received and processed, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be posted.

If you ordered the wrong item, simply return that item and purchase the item you need. Follow the return instructions above.

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise please contact us immediately and email us prior to returning the item.  Please take pictures of the damaged item(s) and the box they were shipped in and include with your email.
